1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect

Only what you type into an enquiry form: your name, mobile number, and optionally your email, configuration preference, budget range, purchase timeline, preferred site-visit date and message. We also record the page URL, referring source and timestamp of the submission, so we know which enquiry to respond to.

Separately, standard analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and, where enabled, Meta Pixel) place cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and collect device, browser, approximate location and on-site behaviour data. This is used to measure advertising performance. Those providers process that data under their own privacy policies.

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not collect financial account details, identity documents or any sensitive personal data through this website. Never send us Aadhaar, PAN, bank details or payment information by web form or email.

3. Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email; to send you the developer's project documents you asked for; to arrange a site visit; and to coordinate your booking with the developer if you choose to proceed. We do not use your details for any unrelated purpose.

4. Consent, and how to withdraw it

We contact you only because you ticked the consent box when submitting an enquiry. That consent expressly overrides your DNC / NDNC registration for this enquiry, as permitted under TRAI regulations. You can withdraw it at any time — reply STOP to any message, tell the caller, or email us — and we will stop contacting you and delete your record on request. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

5. Who we share it with

Assetz Property Group, for the purpose of registering your enquiry and processing a booking if you proceed; and our service providers who host this website and store enquiry records (including Google, where enquiries are recorded in Google Sheets). That is all. We do not sell, rent, trade or broker your personal data to any third party, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists. We may disclose data where required by law or by a competent authority.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is earlier. Records relating to a completed transaction are retained for as long as the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and tax law require.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email saket.tumul@houselinerealty.com with the subject "Data request" and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate to the appropriate authority under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

8. Security

This website is served over HTTPS and enquiry records are stored in access-controlled accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Cookies

We use cookies only for analytics and advertising measurement as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work. You can opt out of personalised Google advertising at myadcenter.google.com.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be notified to you where we hold your contact details.

This website exists to provide information about Assetz Mizumi Reserve and to let you request the developer's published documents and a site visit through Saket Tumul, an authorised channel partner. It is an information and enquiry facility, not a sales platform. No booking, allotment, reservation or transaction can be completed on this website, and no payment can be made through it.

3. Not an offer

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, an invitation to offer, a solicitation, a contract, or a warranty of any kind, and nothing here forms part of any agreement between you and the developer. The developer's registered agreement to sell, allotment letter and sale deed are the only documents that govern a purchase.

4. Accuracy of information

Project details on this website are reproduced from the developer's published material and the K-RERA portal as at the date of publishing, in good faith. Areas, dimensions, specifications, amenities, plans, prices, charges and timelines are indicative and may change without notice at the developer's sole discretion. Images and videos are artist's impressions or stock representations, are not to scale, and are not a representation of the finished product. Distances, travel times and neighbourhood information are approximate and drawn from public map data.

5. No investment or professional advice

Nothing here is investment, legal, tax or financial advice. We make no representation or promise about capital appreciation, rental yield, resale value or returns of any kind. Real estate values can fall as well as rise. Obtain independent legal, technical and financial advice before committing.

6. Your obligations

You agree to give accurate information in enquiry forms, to submit only your own contact details or details you are authorised to submit, and not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, automated scraping, or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.

7. Intellectual property

The layout, text and design of this website belong to the website operator. Project imagery, plans, brochures, names, logos and marks belong to Assetz Property Group or its licensors and are used here for the sole purpose of identifying the project we are authorised to market. No licence to use any mark is granted to you.

8. Third-party links

Links to the developer's website, the K-RERA portal and other third-party sites are provided for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information reproduced here from the developer's material. Our role is limited to that of a marketing intermediary; obligations relating to construction, quality, specifications, approvals, timelines and possession rest solely with the developer.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. Disputes relating to the project itself fall under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, before the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
